Point to be remembering before going to bed in Night.




10 minute closing your eyes will rest of your whole body and nerves system I mean your brain parts, and getting a good night’s sleep is very important for your mood, your energy levels and your over all body health. It also parallels upon what you eat, dirnk , what you are doing these days I mean physically and how you are preparing your mind and body before a hour going to bed.
"When people suffer from insomnia or other sleep issues, it's often because of something they're doing, probably unintentionally, when they should be preparing for rest," says Michael Grandner, PhD, a psychiatry instructor and member of the Behavioural Sleep Medicine Program at the University of Pennsylvania. Here are some points to be avoided before you going to bed.

  1. Playing with mobile
  2. Taking Medicine
  3. Drinking Coffee, Tea, Chocolates  
  4. Think about work pressure
  5. Fat foods
  6. Smoking
  7. Play video games
