Six ways to protect your skin from the sun.




The sun can do much more damage than simply give you painful sunburn. Dermatologist says that prolonged exposure to sunlight causes brown spots; red, scaly spots; drying and wrinkling; and worst of all, skin cancer.
To avoid sun damages. Stay indoors between 10am and 2pm when sun burning rays are the strongest. 

Protect your skin with clothing outer and sunscreen if you go outside. Look for sun protective clothing.  The centers for disease authority and prevention suggest wearing sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15. the main sources of sunlight is UV rays, but you don’t have to neglect the sun completely. And it would be unwise to stay inside if it would keep you from start active, because physical activity is necessary for good health. But getting too much sun can be disadvantage. There are some steps you can take to limit your disclosure to UV rays. 

Some people think about sun protection only when they spend a day at the pool, lake and beach. But sun disclosure adds up day after day, and it happens every time you are in the sun.
Just staying in the shade is one of the best ways to limit your UV disclosure. If you are going to be in the sun, you remember some of the key steps that can help; you can take to safe yourself from UV rays:
  • Slip on a hat.
  • Slop on sunscreen.
  • Slap on a shirt
  • Wrap on sunglasses to protect the eyes and skin around them.
